All IN STOCK Orders are usually filled and shipped within 2 to 3 business Days. Some IN STOCK items may be in our other store's and may take longer to ship. Your credit card will not be charged until the In Stock order is ready to be shipped.

ADVANCE ORDER POLICY

Advance Orders ( pre-orders ) merchandise will not be billed to your credit card until the item (s) is received into our stock, and your order is processed for shipping. We do not process credit card data at the time of your order.
Please make sure your Credit Card Expiration Date does not expire before the "Estimated Date of Arrival" noted on the advanced item (s) you are ordering. We fill all advance pre-order items based on a first come first serve basis. We do not over sell any item that is listed as advanced pre-order, but unfortunately sometimes quantities become limited, or production runs are reduced by the manufactures and we may be unable to fulfill your pre-order. Sorry, we cannot be held liable for shortages or availability of merchandise that is beyond our control. If for any reason we can not fulfill any part of your order we will notify you by E-Mail. Any customer canceled per-orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Victory Lane Racing Collectibles reserves the right to cancel any or all pre-order merchandise for customers who consistently pre-order merchandise and then cancel this merchandise prior to the item (s) availability. Victory Lane Racing Collectibles will be the soul judge of such abuse. 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & RETURN POLICY

Customer Satisfaction: We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email or call us. If we can not correct any problem you are having with your purchase, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number ( RAN ) to return your purchase. All returns are credited full amount including shipping and handling charges. All returns must be made within 10 days from the date of the invoice, for an exchange or full refund. All shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise returned must be in saleable condition including all original packaging. All apparel must not be worn or laundered.
All sales after 10 days of the Invoice date are considered final. 

Preparing Returns for Shipment: Use the original shipping box if possible, otherwise use a box approximately 2" bigger on all sides, of the item (s) you are returning. Use proper packing material around the item (s) to prevent damage in shipment. i.e. bubble wrap, newspaper, shipping peanuts, etc.
Enclose a copy of the original invoice and the Return Authorization Number. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box for identification, this will help to speed up your refund or return.
Make sure you insure your package for Damage Claims. We will not be held responsible for damaged items received if they are not insured, and no return credits will be issued.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Claims: If during shipping your order is damaged, please save the carton, inner packaging materials and the damaged pieces. Contact the freight carrier or let the driver know at the time of receipt. We will be notified by the freight carrier and a replacement or refund will be issued. Claims for shortages or shipping errors must be made within 3 working days of receipt of item (s), or we assume the order has been received in good condition and ACCEPT NO LIABILITY for damage, shortage or manufacturing defects.
